My client are a well establishes independant insurance brokers based in Henley on Thames. 

I am currently seeking an experienced Commercial New Business Account Handler to join the growing team. 

Your time will be spent seeking new business and then meeting the requirements of these clients. Your strong interpersonal skills will be used to quickly build rapport with your new clients.  You will ensure that you have a thorough understanding of your clients needs and can therefore advise on services which meet their demands.  This role is of course predominantly spent meeting with both potential and newly acquired so the majority of time is spent out of the office.  Time will need to be spent in the office to ensure your diary is planned effectively and to work with your new team members to meet all of your clients needs are met. 

You will need to have a strong background within Commercial Insurance ideally within either sales or as an account executive. Your strong rapport building and communication skills paired with a positive attitude will ensure that you succeed in your new role.  

My client is able to offer support in attaining your Cert CII qualifications as well as full training on all company products.  A competitive salary plus excellent achievable on target earnings and benefits package is on offer which include a monthly breakfast out and social evening.
