New Build Sales Consultant, Battersea, SW11 - £80K OTE + Car

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, an independent property company specialising in new build developments to recruit a New Build Sales Consultant to join their successful brand. The role will entail being responsible for dealing with the marketing and sale of the current developments for sale plus dealing with the steady flow of new stock to hit their books. Having been instructed to sell some of the most sought after developments in London plus sites based outside of London off plan this is a fantastic opportunity to earn lucrative commissions and progress within a dynamic and forward thinking company. With the full support of experienced directors everything is in place for you to earn in excess of £80K per annum (uncapped). If you have experience in new build sales and have enthusiasm and energy then this could be the role made for you.

The role:

Dealing with new build residential developments within London and the UK

Liaising with potential buyers and investors to identify their requirements and discuss suitable properties

Having a thorough understanding of the developments and being able to discuss key benefits and selling points

Meeting with clients to showcase plans, finishing and discuss developments

Keeping developers updated on feedback, offers and sales

Reviewing and creating marketing/advertising materials

Working closely with the directors and sales team to achieve performance targets

Identifying opportunities to maximise new business/generate new client contacts

Representing the brand in a professional and knowledgeable approach

The requirements:

Must have experience working within new build sales previously

Must have a solid understanding of residential developments and latest offerings within the market

Experience in sales progression

Proven track record of achieving targets

Well presented with excellent communication skills

Be looking to build a long term working relationship

Energy, pro-active and organised

Driving licence

The benefits:

£20K Basic Salary

20% commission

Company Car

Bonus structure in place when hitting financial targets

Opportunity for further progression within the company

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm and every other Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm
