Network Team Leader / Manager (Managed services)

I am look for an experienced Team Leader/Manager from a managed services background with strong team management (primarily) and also hands on technical experience at 2nd / 3rd line level.
You will join a team of technical team leaders/managers responsible for all aspects of infrastructure support & service management.
As the Network Team Leader / Technical Manager will manage at team of multi-disciplined network engineers with a particular focus on leadership, major incident management and service management.
You will come from a MS background and have strong experience in server management as a 3rd line network engineer and moved into a leadership / player management role over the past 3-5 years.
Key duties include:
Team leadership of network engineers
Responsible for end to end incident management and reporting
Responsible for engineers in offices throughout the UK
Training, developing and mentoring team members
Managing performance against SLAs
Technical meeting management
In order to be considered you will need:
Previous 3rd line or senior desktop experience in server management or Cloud managed services (Exchange, 365, Virtual environments, AWS, Azure)
3 years + leadership experience managing/leading a technical support or networking environment
Passion for service delivery and customer service
Non-technical stakeholder management
Ideally qualified to ITIL standard
