Network Support Specialist; Hammersmith paying up to £30k is required by a fast paced global Hydraulics company based in Hammersmith who are continually growing year on year. The company has offices across Europe.
Network Support Specialist will be responsible for the support with all aspects of the companies daily running from customer service, ticketing, reporting service failures and complaints from the networks.
You will be required to investigate the reason for the service failure and determine what action is needed to ensure no future recurrence. You will also be required to work from home 1 saturday in 4 and all equipment is provided.
MS Office 2003 or later
ERP Systems (Exact)
Experience with modular based systems incorporating CRM / MIS
Experience with a hydraulic company is a must for this role
