Network Support Engineer

A market leading network and communications service provider requires an experienced customer focused NOC Engineer to provide operational support to specific customer networks:

To be considered we are looking for:

  • Strong IP Networking skills around Cisco and Juniper, through commercial experience and certifications.
  • Advanced 2nd Line technical skills, spanning all data related technologies.
  • Experience completing 1st/2nd level network diagnostics across multiple technologies and vendors.
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills; ability to work to strict SLA's.
  • Good knowledge of incident management service operations
  • Willingness to undertake SC Clearance
