Network Support Coordinator - to £19K p.a.
In this busy role working in the Network Support Team you will be providing a full range of administrative and customer service support related to the Study and Exam Centres and Volunteer networks.
Administration relating to all examinations (UK and international)
Supporting stakeholders by promoting and managing the delegate booking for events
Updating and maintaining the database and assisting with student registrations
Being first point of contact for enquiries from delegates and volunteers
Assisting in the accreditation processes and quality systems and student registrations
Essential Skills/ Experience
Experience in an office based customer service role is essential
Confident and professional telephone manner with the ability to manage a high volume of calls
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM skills
Well organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
Ability to develop good working relationships with members and colleagues
Accurate with a high attention to detail
Ability to learn and retain high volumes of information
