.NET Development Manager - FTSE 250 Organisation

I am looking for an experienced .NET Development Manager to join a FTSE 250 organisation based in Central London. If you are looking for an opportunity to oversee, manage and guide a skilled team of developers working across a wide range of products and business systems then this is for you. As a .NET Development Manager you will be expected to be an experienced Developer who can pitch in but is now focused on providing guidance and leadership around best practice.

Working as a .NET Development Manager you will have the opportunity to work in an environment that has adopted Agile, TDD and CI/CD. The other tech utilised is C#, ASP.NET MVC, RESTful services, JavaScript (jQuery / Angular) and Azure together with BDD and automated unit testing.

In collaboration with the CTO, you will ensure business stakeholders are happy with the work the team delivers across, amongst others, data driven, CMS, search, data science, machine learning, marketing & CRM projects.

Skills required for the role of .NET Development Manager:

  • Experience managing mid sized development teams (ie around 10 or more developers)
  • A passion for helping to fulfil people's potential and embed best practice and quality standards
  • Experience in Agile, TDD and CI/CD environments

.NET Development Manager - FTSE 250 Organisation

Salary:
£85-95k + bonus (upto 15%), pension (6% contrib, 10% after 3 years), private medical scheme, health cash plan, save as you earn option, discounted retail & gym offers
