Fast growing tech startup require a talented .NET developer to join their small and growing Agile team in the heart of Nottingham's tech quarter, easily accessible by car or public transport. If you have experience on the Microsoft stack, especially C# and SQL Server and want to keep learning, coding and being creative in a thriving software team then this role is for you. You must have commercial work experience as a software developer and want to continually develop your skills.
Working in a team currently consisting of 4 .NET developers, in a flat organisational structure, you will have great opportunities to make your mark on the team, grow with the business and be recognised as directly contributing to the business' success.
- familiarity with .NET, C# and SQL Server
- Git source control
- ability to think on your feet, take part in whiteboarding, design of functionality, contribute ideas
- ability to understand requirements and communicate your ideas to the rest of the team

This company is disrupting the telecomms space with a scalable solution built on Microsoft's Skype for Business platform. It enables organisations in a variety of sectors (not for profit, education, business and more) and of all sizes to manage their telecomms functionality and connectivity via a bespoke portal.
You will be adding brand new functionality, enhancements and upgrades to their existing platform with full training on The Skype platform and other Microsoft services.
Based on an 8 hour day you will have the freedom to choose your hours. Start early or later, and when you need a break from your code play pool in the chill out area and grab some free refreshments from the fridge.
