They’ve got an exciting opportunity for a skilled Administrator to come and join their team and help to provide excellent clerical support to the Neighbourhood Repairs team.

Working in a busy office based in Swinton, you’ll be involved in a range of duties to include raising works orders, collating legal documents, recording customer complaints and gathering information to support all tender exercises.
By maintaining databases whilst communicating effectively with customers, contractors and stakeholders, you will ensure that repairs work runs smoothly with little disruption to tenants.
With previous experience of providing administrative support to a team or an individual, you’ll be methodical, well organised and positive in your approach to workload. At home in a busy office, you’ll be skilled at taking minutes and competent using Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
