This role requires mobile working across the West Yorkshire area.
- Deliver effective, high quality, customer focused neighbourhood services across a neighbourhood, in line with best practice, internal policies, procedures and service development initiatives, contractual obligations and statutory requirements.
- Responsible for the enforcement of tenancy conditions, responding specifically to complaints of anti social behaviour to ensure satisfactory outcomes. To work with the local community and other partner agencies to effectively prevent and challenge all aspects of anti social behaviour, supporting diversionary activities and giving advice and support to customers who are victims of anti-social behaviour.
- Provide information to and support the Income Services team in ensuring proper control over arrears of rent, service charges, supporting people subsidy and the collection of re-chargeable repair monies.
- Take appropriate action in accordance with company policies and procedures, on breaches of tenancy conditions including preparing and presenting cases in court where multiple breaches of tenancy conditions have occurred.
A valid DBS and driving license is essential for this role.
