PAYE Hourly Rate: £14.85 - £17.52
LTD Hourly Rate: £18.72 - £22.09
Contract Type: 12 Weeks Temporary (Possible extension)
Weekly Hours: 18 Hours
Work Pattern: Wednesday (Afternoon), Thursday and Friday (Full Day)
Experience and pre-qualification criteria
An understanding of housing management issues (general needs, leasehold and shared ownership)
Knowledge of relevant legislation, and current issues within the housing sector
The ability to exercise good judgement
An understanding of how to deliver excellent services to customers
Excellent communication skills, able to adapt approaches and techniques dependent on the audience
Able to develop effective working relationships with team members, across the association and with key agencies
Ability to work innovatively, developing good practice and new solutions to effect improvements to the service
Ability to use computer systems as a mechanism to improve service delivery
Good organisational skills
Able to interpret financial accounts.
Experience of customer service in dealing with people on the telephone and in person
Experience working to deadlines and service level agreements

Ability to attend evening and weekend meetings when required
