Care First Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for Neighbourhood Assistants for a housing association in North London.

Neighbourhood Assistants Role Summary:

  • To provide a consistent and responsive customer centred service whilst ensuring value for money.

  • Ensuring estate service contracts are delivered to agreed standard

  • To ensure risks are minimised on estates and compliance maximised in areas for which you have responsibility.

  • To ensure there is regular and effective communication with customers and stakeholders during estate inspections and their feedback is considered

  • Be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient parking arrangements are introduced or maintained

  • Responsible for requests for all keys/fobs

  • To provide access to our communal areas in order to meet the statutory, contractual and compliance requirements

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver services for customers

Essential Skills:

  • A knowledge of social housing and its’ different tenures

  • Ability to deliver a value for money service Experience

  • An understanding of business processes and change and how they minimise business cost

  • Has attention to detail

  • Numeracy and accuracy

  • Ability to continuous improvement of processes in order to improve business margins

All candidates must have a minimum of 1years experience as a Neighbourhood Assistant
