An exciting opportunity has opened up within our Housing Department for the role of Neighbourhood Officer. The role will deliver a high quality housing management service to A2Dominion residents, as well as represent A2Dominion services and provide a high profile presence on our estates and neighbourhood.

In your role you will provide the neighbourhood with a proactive approach to dealing with challenging issues such as antisocial behaviour and complaint management and will be required to build relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

You will have commitment, energy and enthusiasm to ensure that individual tenants receive excellent housing and tenancy management services.

To be successful you will be an excellent problem solver, who thinks out of the box, able to seek solutions and has good judgement. You will be able to develop effective relationships with empathy and a flexible approach.

You will be required to hold a Full Valid UK driving license and have the use of your own car. You will also have a good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
