Our prestigious financial services client has recently signed nCINO as their new software allowing the bank to streamline its processes, enhance portfolio risk-management, and create new efficiencies in how it originates and manages loans.

This long term FTC (with potential to roll again) will see you managing the implementation of nCINO as the banks onsite representative.v You will be responsible for design, configuring, and optimizing nCino implementations to align with business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and other financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end nCino implementation projects for our international banking client, from discovery to post-go-live support.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable nCino solutions.

  • Configure nCino and Salesforce to meet client specifications, including workflows, automation, and UI customization.

  • Conduct system integrations, data migrations, and ensure seamless interoperability with existing financial systems.

  • Provide training and user adoption support to business teams.

  • Troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

  • Stay up to date with nCino and Salesforce enhancements to recommend best practices and process improvements.

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in nCino implementation within the banking or financial services sector. Please share clear experience on your CV
