The role
a number of vacancies exists within our Leeds office , for a number of National Service Bureau Service Operatives to carry out;-

  • Regional Engineering workforce
  • Portal Management
  • Remote Support Desk
  • Regional Management
  • Branch Administration
  • Centralised store
  • Control & Comman
  • National Accounts
  • To ensure service delivery is met to clients in line with their SLA where applicable
  • To meet predefined target times, SLA’s and KPI’s by managing service calls into the NSB and ensuring engineers are despatched in line with contractual obligations
  • Ensure PPM compliance is achieved through co-ordinated planning
  • Ensure all stakeholders are updated in the event that reactive calls cannot be delivered
  • Ensure that all stakeholder are updated in the event that PPMs cannot be delivered
  • Manage day to day call handling in line with Secom company processes
  • Solution and problem solver mentality and metholodgy.
  • Empathic response to customer queries and faults

The candidate

  • Experience within a busy Service enviroment to meet SLA's and KPI's
  • Departmental knowledge to facilitate best working practices
  • Reporting to our organisation in a professional manner
  • Computer literate
  • Microsoft office proficient
  • Experience within a busy Service enviroment to meet SLA's and KPI's
  • Understanding of service delivery
  • Electronic security knowledge desired but not essential

  • Customer orientated with an empathic approach to service delivery
  • Be flexible in ensuring that NSB Service control has sufficient staffing at all times and provide cover where required

Previous experience managing an engineering workforce desired but not essentia

ill be required to work a 40 hr week working within a shift pattern of 8-5 and 9-6 alternate. 1hr for lunch
