Based either from our Birmingham or Cardiff office, you will be responsible for developing a strong sales pipeline and converting this to new business revenue and margin. As a National Sales Manager you will take ownership of the future growth of the group. You will develop a clear aggressive sales strategy whilst identifying and reporting on business opportunities in our chosen target markets.
You'll need 5 years of proven strategic sales experience in a business to business sales environment with specific sales training. A highly confident communicator, you'll engage, and negotiate effectively. The ability to motivate and lead a team of sales professionals are also essential.
Our standards are very high, which means achieving and exceeding your targets is essential for this role, along with a strong understanding of our core business, ethics and values.
