As National Sales Manager your responsibilities will include,

  • Create a thriving and successful B2B new business environment and achieve all new business and growth targets with the management team and field people across the UK&I.
  • Report regularly to the Board of Directors including historical, current and forecast performance. You will also report on behaviour and development, highlighting risks and points of escalation.
  • Recruit, train & develop, maintain and retain our management team. Work with the management team to do the same with our people based in the field.
  • Work alongside the Senior Leadership team, including the Head of Customer Engagement to achieve market focus and maximise opportunity. Be a point of escalation for customers, Business Development Managers and internal colleagues.
  • Plan and deliver inspirational and creative monthly forecast meetings with a focus on learning and development as well as larger 2-day conferences during the year.
  • Plan and deliver an annual awards meeting, together with recognising monthly over-achievement.
  • Ensure training and development is in line with the market place and common training needs across the teams at that time.

As National Sales Manager, fantastic interpersonal and presenting skills are a must with presence, gravitas and a genuine interest in other people all essential. You should be passionate, enthusiastic and determined to be the best you can be. You'll understand the B2B profession and have demonstrable track record of success in it, as well as using, training and coaching process with consistent over achievement of targets in a senior leadership role. You'll need to be commutable to our office in Crewe

Job Offer

Up to £60k basic salary plus car. £80k OTE.
