National Sales Manager

Fantastic opportunity for a sales team manager to join a world class market leader in high end kitchenware.

THE ROLE: The new Sales Manager will be looking after a team of 3 Field Sales Executives, who manage around 80 accounts each. You will personally inherit a portfolio of 300 accounts across the UK & Ireland, selling high end kitchenware and utensils to independent retailers at store management level. You will also attend trade shows, manage P+L, identify performance gaps and work alongside your team every 4 weeks.

Taking on many technological advances since they were established many years ago, their ranges are still handcrafted with immense attention to detail. The brand is now sold in over 60 countries around the world.

THE PERSON:
  • Sales team management required
  • FMCG background - any product
  • Knowledge of P&L and strategy
  • Driving License

  • Basic salary: £40,000-45,000,
  • Annual Bonus: 20%
