To be considered…

You will have experience as a B2B National Sales Manager managing Sales Managers. This is a senior leadership role and requires a forward thinker who can identify opportunities and think outside the box. Fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career and make their mark!!

You will have a positive and can-do attitude but be humble and willing to learn. Fantastic interpersonal and presenting skills are a must with presence and gravitas.

You will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales and have consistently overachieved targets in a solutions sales senior leadership role.

You’ll understand the B2B sales profession and have demonstrable track record of success in it, as well as using training and coaching sales process with consistent overachievement of targets in a solutions sales senior leadership role.

You will also live within a 30-minute drive from Crewe.

More about the role.

As National Sales Manager you will be managing Sales Managers across the UK and working towards solutions sales targets. You will benefit from both monthly commission and an annual bonus, which is all uncapped. Many sales and sales management professionals working for our client over achieve OTE frequently.

You will benefit from a substantial training induction course and care will be taken to ensure professional development through further training.

Our client is passionate about celebrating success and always try and keep things exciting with innovative sales meetings with different themes such as boot camp or the apprentice.
