We are searching for a proven National Sales Executive / Ambassador to join a leading lab informatics company with unrivalled company benefits and top employer certification.
This is a national role with little requirement to be based in their Manchester Office.
National Sales Executive Primary Job Function, Accountability and Scope:
This innovative Laboratory information management solution provider has more than 1000 implementations in over 40 countries. We are now looking for a National Sales Executive to drive LIMS sales in a defined territory to achieve revenue targets, profitable growth and gain market share. The National Sales Executive is held accountable for providing accurate and timely sales forecast. He/she will serve as the primary contact with all new opportunities. You will be tasked with providing reports to regional sales managers regarding Win/Loss Ratios, Lead Conversions, Quota Attainment, and Customer Satisfaction. You will demonstrate leadership within your peer group and develop and execute strategies for generating leads, building pipelines and closing opportunities.
You will interact well with internal functional areas (Professional Services, Product Management, Services, Sales Ops, Marketing and Support). Exhibits high level of integrity; honesty; keeping commitments and presenting information completely and accurately to both internal and external customers. Monitor and maintains customer satisfaction through direct contact.
National Sales Executive Core Job Responsibilities:
*You will identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales funnel.
*Generate new LIMS software business by effectively managing leads and opportunities
*Working closely with sales specialist you will craft and deliver excellent product presentations.
*Design and deliver unique solutions that result in improved outcomes for customer.
*Responsible for selling total solutions to target; non-enterprise accounts (high-risk / upselling renewals; new business)
*Establish and build deep understanding of customer and stakeholder needs.
*In-depth understand of the competitive landscape.
*Build and lead internal cross functional selling team to execute account strategies.
Minimum Experience Required
2 to 4 years enterprise software experience or total solution selling with strong knowledge of Laboratory Informatics
- Excellent negotiation skills
- UK and International travel is required.
* Fluent English both written and spoken
National Sales Executive Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with an ability to comprehend industry specific laboratory workflows.
£40000 - £45000 basic + 40k Commission + end of year override Bonus + Car + excellent benefits
