National Non-Surgical Manager

Implement a sales strategy across the clinics and drive sales through the effective management of non-surgical resources. Maximise sales of non-surgical products and services throughout the Group ensuring that volume and profit margins are achieved and at all times ensuring that working practices comply with Healthcare Commission and other legislative Standards.

Client Details

A leading provider of Surgical and Non-Surgical treatments.


  • To be Instrumental in developing a sales strategy, implementing the strategy and managing the process
  • To contribute to the marketing strategy, by liaising regularly with the Marketing Team in developing leads and contacts
  • To meet, or exceed, the budgetary requirements for the group as identified by the company by supporting and developing the non- surgical team.
  • To provide leadership, motivation and support to all non-surgical teams
  • To generate new business by identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities.
  • To ensure profit maximisation is achieved through the collation, monitoring and analysing of services provided and adherence by team to group policies.
  • To liaise regularly with the sales team and other Management departments in providing sales information and reports as directed.
  • To respond to specific enquiries relating to non-surgical products and services.
  • In conjunction with the Compliance Department to be pro-active in matters of patient complaint.
  • To implement policies and actions as directed by Directors and Management.
  • To research, analyse and provide market and competitor information as necessary.
  • To develop and implement plans to deal with identified problem areas eg where targets or standards are not being achieved.
  • To ensure that qualitative and quantitive standards for sales and pre-consultations are maintained in respect of content, interpersonal aspects and conversion rates.
  • To develop and maintain a close working relationship with other management team members both within clinics and Head Office.
