As a National Accounts Specialist, you will provide a single point of contact to our customers, delivering the best service, every time.
You will manage all work orders for your set customer base, ensuring client KPIs are managed and adhered to for reactive calls, quoted works and pre-planned maintenance. You will advising of the right solutions, in order to get our customers back on track as quickly as possible with minimum disruption.
You will build and maintain great working relationships with our customers, finding the best solution and delivering outstanding service, each time.
In addition, you will attend / hold customer service reviews and provide regular reporting on service performance to the team and your customers.What we expect
For this role, we are looking for someone who has previous experience in account and relationship management, as well as strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
You will be used to working in a fast-paced environment, and be confident in communication and IT systems.
