This role gives you a great opportunity to further develop strategic Account Management skills as well as hone your business development experience. As a NAM you will be accountable for the delivery of our business priorities and profitable management of specific customers in your portfolio. You will engage with stakeholders at all levels within our customers business, to understand their challenges and deliver great insight, and effective commercial propositions. From CEO and board level to site level engineers.
The role also includes helping to shape customers ecommerce strategies, so a good understanding of, or interest of digital commerce would be advantageous.
As a National Account Manager in this fast-paced, dynamic environment, your experience and qualifications will include:
- Previous experience as a National Account Manager or experience of successfully managing complex national customers
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Using a consultative sales approach
- A high degree of learning agility and emotional intelligence
- High quality commercial, analytical, and customer focused skills The ability to be resourceful and find ways to find solutions to complex problems
