National Account Manager

We are looking for a National Account Manager with experience gained from within the High Street Retail industry.

As a National Account Manager, you will have overall responsibility of a portfolio of UK High Street accounts to nurture, grow and develop.

A natural flare for building effective relationships, ensuring that you are maximising every opportunity with the buying teams and increasing brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of High Street Accounts, achieving and exceeding financial targets
Develop close relationships with Buyers and Directors, as well as nurturing relationships with Regional Managers and Area Managers
Monthly and annual analysis of forecasting and budgeting through business planning, working closely with the Brand Manager
Planning and the implementation of sales meetings with the Sales Executives and Business Development Managers, in relation to the information of National Account activity
To monitor market trends and competitor activity, help develop merchandising, display and POS initiatives


With proven experience of managing High Street Retail accounts as a National Account Manager or Senior National Account Executive, you should be a passionate individual with excellent communication skills.

Commercially astute with a natural ability to maintain strong relationships and continually strive to maximise retail opportunities and brand awareness nationally.

You should have excellent analysis skills with a numerical mindset when it comes to forecasting and budgeting for the year ahead.

The role is 75% office based at the HQ in Berkshire, with 25% of your time in the field visiting your accounts.
