The role as National Account Manager is an excellent position with a market leader within the Beauty & Personal Care market. The role will be responsible to drive our clients e-commerce activity in the next stage of extensive business growth.

Client Details

Innovative, Global Leader within the Beauty & Personal Care markets. Operating across numerous, well-known brands, our client are looking to further expand their commercial team across the Online channel.


Reporting directly to the Head of E-Commerce, the National Account Manager will manage a portfolio of the company's major online accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate strategy into action with accounts

  • Negotiate trading terms

  • Maximise gross sales, volume and gross margin across the online channel.

  • Maximise distribution, presentation, visibility and promotional effectiveness of our clients' market leading brands

  • Cross functional working across sales, marketing & operations to develop the most effective account plan

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in accounts to maximise short and long term profit potential


An experienced & dynamic National Account Manager looking to take the step up into a thriving business with extensive responsibility across the E-Commerce channel. It is important that the successful candidate is commutable to the West Midlands.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Solid National Account Management experience within Consumer Durables
  • Experience within the E-Commerce channel is preferable
  • Branded experience with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong selling and negotiating skills
  • Budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills
  • Experience of launching NPD to market
  • Developing long term customer partnerships

Job Offer

£45,000 - £50,000
