National Account Manager - Wholesale / Route to Market (Premium Spirits)
£40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the fastest growing and most exciting spirits businesses in the world! The portfolio features a number of iconic brands across different categories including Rum, Bourbon, Gin, Cognac and Liqueurs. People are at the core of this business and the development opportunities are vast for those with a real passion for the industry. They are now looking for a talented National Account Manager to develop their Route to Market account base.
As National Account Manager for Route to Market you will inherit a portfolio of existing accounts. These will likely include a mixture of key regional and national wholesalers both on and off-trade such as: Dhamecha, LWC, Todays & Landmark Members, Enotria and Speciality Drinks. You will have full P&L responsibility for these customers at head office level whilst also working closely with them at depot level to educate and incentivise their sales teams to focus on your portfolio of products. You will develop new business by targeting new wholesaler relationships and expanding the range of brands available in your existing account base.
In order to be considered for this exciting position it is essential that you have experience working within the Wholesale or Route to Market channel. Those with a background in the drinks industry who understand the differences between On & Off Trade will be at an advantage. Experience managing P&L is also key - that being said a high performing Key Account Manager could be perfect for this position! It is important that you have an entrepreneurial streak as the business actively encourages the team to be innovative with regards to their approach. You will be highly commercial but with a strong personality to match!
