You'll be an established Brand Manager/National Sales Manager with experience within jewellery and growing your business. You'll be driven to exceed your individual and company sales target with the knack of building and maintaining amazing relationships with your accounts as well as your colleagues.
Drive the strategic and sustainable growth of the accounts in the UK to the yearly budget.
Own the seasonal assortment plans to deliver the most commercial product selection.
Review of sell out and assortment enhancements in season to maximise the in season trade
Build a close partnership with the Regional Account and VM teams to bring brand consistency across the accounts in the UK.
Work with the marketing team on seasonal co-op marketing campaigns to promote the brand and new collection
Build strong business relationships with the buyer & merchandising teams to support the continued growth of the brand
Manage the commercial terms and contract negotiations with the buyer
