The Head of Sales is seeking a highly talented individual to join the small commercial team and take P&L responsibility for part of the growing portfolio where there is plenty of room for development. The customer portfolio will be a mix of specialist retailers and online customers where the latter is the higher percentage of the role, so you will require a passion and/or understanding of the online shopper market and have the ability to drive the growth agenda. The business is keen on up-skilling it’s employees and are keen to hire people with a progressive attitude and growth mentality.
The successful candidate will have the following criteria:-
- You will currently be working for a branded FMCG / Consumer organisation in a commercial role
- Excellent customer management skills with the ability to develop sales revenue
- Solid experience of developing and leading JBP’s and managing P&L
- Must be able to influence change and go the extra mile to over achieve
- Confident and comfortable working in an 'sleeves rolled up’ working environment with limited structure
- Looking for something different but amazing
- Degree educated
** Candidates will be considered who are currently at JNAM or experienced NAE level looking to progress up to NAM level in addition to good NAMs who are looking for different
You’ll be expected to be in Head Office circa 3 days p/wk and is commutable for people living in Beds, Herts, Bucks, Essex, Oxfordshire & north London. Salary & package includes a competitive salary + £5k car allowance / or car + 20% bonus + healthcare/pension.
