You will be responsible for:
*Building relationships with customers within the Major Multiple or Discounter accounts and internal colleagues to take the business forward.
*Implement and deliver business plans aligned with customer retention and growth for both current and future years.
*Manage budgeted targets across the team based on volume, turnover and margin.
*Understanding of the needs of customers, and ensure they are fully informed of commercial objectives, purposes and achievements.
*Measuring all relevant KPI's and customer requirements effectively, including forecasting, accruals, targets, EPOS, invoicing and customer data systems.
In order to apply you must have the following skills, experience:
*Degree calibre or equivalent level of education/experience
*FMCG experience in the UK, Europe or Global arena. Recent relevant experience at Account Manager /Business Manager level in a business with significant Own Label ranges in either Discounters or Major Multiple retailers
*Able to demonstrate a proven record of commercial experience and the delivery of results.
*Strong levels of financial and commercial understanding and budget control
*Able to demonstrate strong examples of private label wins & launch management within a multifunctional team
