National Account Manager - Drinks
Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
An exciting opportunity for a grocery specialist has arisen within a growing, yet instantly recognisable, business in the brewing industry. This business has a number of brands ranging from classic ciders through to newer, craft lines. They are able to operate in all channels of the trade, and as they brew their own product they can adapt easily to market trends whilst being focussed on creating exciting NPD. As a company steeped in heritage, they have great growth plans and now require a National Account Manager to develop their business further into the Off Trade.
As National Account Manager you will be responsible for at least two of the largest Off Trade accounts - the specific accounts will be decided dependent on the successful applicant’s experience.
You will have full profit and loss accountability and be responsible for the joint business plans within your customers. Whilst there is no direct line management in the role, as the 'grocery sepcialist’ in the team you will be required to mentor the other National Account Manager’s and impart your knowledge of the channel to the wider team
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must have had experience of managing at least one Grocery account and have worked in the drinks industry (any BWS business). Most importantly you must have the personality, tenacity and desire to succeed and develop in a growing organisation. You must also have strong commercial acumen and be proactive in your work to succeed in this position.
