Description

The National Account Manager of a specified national account to build profitable sales growth across a specified part of the beauty portfolio.

Responsible for net revenue growth, share growth for specified customer.

Responsible for customer profitability and P&L management with a focus on return on investment.

Responsible for building a strong customer relationship across multiple functions including buying, supply chain and marketing teams.

Building annual commercial plan to deliver share and sales growth objectives..

Agree promotional forecast with Demand Planning to support the achievement of annual Forecasting Accuracy objectives and delivery of the commercial plan.

Agree listings and develop launch plans, covering in store and online for all new products and brands as appropriate.

Maximise commercial value of consumer insight from Nielsen and retailer loyalty card data to generate customer growth plans.

Manage monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and trade investments and provide rationale to Customer Director.

Profile

Operated successfully at NAM level managing both high street and grocery customers.

Minimum of 7 years experience in FMCG with sales and or category management background.

Strong commercial awareness with experience in P&L management, forecasting and customer management.

A proven strong negotiator with a results focused mentality

Preferred Experience In Managing Joint Business Plans

High awareness of what it takes to win in the retail and customer environment

Proficient in Excel, numeracy and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

Has a flexible approach and adapts to challenges and changing priorities as needed

Makes fast decisions balancing intuition and facts

Job Offer

Attractive base salary, to £55,000
