£35,000 + Bonus + Great Benefits

Responsibilities:

As a key NAE, you will play a major role in providing support and direction to create imaginative and commercially viable joint business plans with national retail, grocer and online clients.

You will build strong relationships within your team through collectively challenging the norm in order to drive effective growth plans and steer the ship in the right direction together!

*Deliver against Sales targets
*Direct commercial and brand plans across the business
*Build strong relationships with customers through a clear contact strategy
*Work closely with their Dealers to deliver success
*Gather insight into online shopping habits of our target consumer market to shape our online presence with our online partners
*Provide support to the category and marketing teams
*Build inspirational JBP's that motivate customers to help deliver against targets, taking into consideration the future impact of these plans

The Ideal Candidate:

The role requires someone motivated and hungry to deliver success for themselves and a company they believe in. With the ability to support, inspire and motivate this healthy food brand's national customers and fellow dealers towards agreement of effective and mutually beneficial JBPs.

*Strong sales experience within the FMCG space
*Passionate about creating sustainable and effective business agreements with customers
*Inspired by the idea of a company culture that walks the talk
*Be willing to learn, be challenged and demonstrate genuine passion to progress your career
*Excellent negotiation, commercial and numeracy skills
*Demonstrate exceptional relationship building, communication and networking skills
*Be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
*PC and Mac Literate with high competency using Microsoft Office
