The business is vertically integrated as well as working in partnership with over 200 independent farmers. We supply own label, brand and regional products to a number of key customers where we work in partnership with these customers delivering category solutions and innovation leading to winning an industry award for our own brand in 2011 and 2016 as well the first company to introduce rye grass packaging. The business is now under new ownership which has brought further investment and, as a result, we are seeking a National Account Executive to help support and deliver these growth aspirations.
The successful candidate will work across brand and own label projects with a combination of managing some existing accounts whilst taking responsibility for some business development. Reporting into the Commercial & Marketing Director, this exciting new role requires a confident, approachable individual with experience working within an FMCG commercial environment. You will be highly focused, motivated and have a determination to win.
You will need the ability to influence and communicate both internally and externally as well as being resourceful; have strong organisational skills and be extremely customer focused, ensuring that customer care and support is at the highest level possible.
You will have excellent presentation skills with an ability to analyse and accurately interpret market and consumer data, confident using advanced excel/power point and ideally have an understanding of using Kantar data.
