National account Controller - On trade - Wines and Spirits – South East
I'm working with a wine and spirits company, who market a range of premium and quality wines and whiskies from Scotland in South Africa. Enjoying double digit growth, this newly position reports straight into the Commercial director. It is the most senior appointment in the team, looking after all channels except grocery.
The national account controller will lead a team of 6 people, consisting of national account managers and business development managers. You will play a key part in their company goal of doubling the business by 2020.
True leadership qualities are required as the winning candidate is earmarked to be a future director - to teach, mentor, train and motivate are key qualities we are after!
The company has a bubbly and entrepreneurial culture - they are driven, funky, premium and have a sense of fun and purpose. Working in the Whisky, Wine, Gin and Cider sectors, its a good product range too.
