German Helpdesk Engineer

MUST SPEAK FLUENT GERMAN - SQL, Cloud, Linux, IIS.

Location: Bracknell

Salary: £23,000 - £28,000

I am currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic 1st Line Support Engineer who is fluent German, verbally & written. You will be responsible for supplying IT support to my client's large customer base - proven experience in a similar environment is important.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing cloud based software house with a clear career path.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • German (Fluent)
  • Proven Experience in a 1st Line Support Role
  • Proven Experience Supporting customers (via phone & email).
  • SQL
  • Linux/UNIX (and similar flavours)
  • WindowsServer (AD, IIS / WebServices) and Desktop
  • Excellent customer facing experience, ideally to external customers.
  • Eager to learn new skills and technologies.
