German Helpdesk Engineer
MUST SPEAK FLUENT GERMAN - SQL, Cloud, Linux, IIS.
Salary: £23,000 - £28,000
I am currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic 1st Line Support Engineer who is fluent German, verbally & written. You will be responsible for supplying IT support to my client's large customer base - proven experience in a similar environment is important.

- German (Fluent)
- Proven Experience in a 1st Line Support Role
- Proven Experience Supporting customers (via phone & email).
- Linux/UNIX (and similar flavours)
- WindowsServer (AD, IIS / WebServices) and Desktop
- Excellent customer facing experience, ideally to external customers.
- Eager to learn new skills and technologies.
