Your focus will lie with supporting the management of major clients, ensuring that administration of global accounts is properly executed, dedicated timescales are maintained and a high standard of service is provided in order to meet and exceed expectations. You will develop excellent relationships with clients and partner brokers and be the key point of contact for all enquiries relating to the account. You will also be expected to build robust relationships internally, as there will be frequent interaction with the underwriting teams.
It would be advantageous if applicants came from an insurance or similarly regulated background. You must be able to demonstrate experience working in a quality focused support role that involves liaising closely with brokers and ideally end users. Essentially you will be a highly organised, proactive and personable individual with good IT skills and the ability to prioritise when working to deadlines.
