The Role

This is an exciting new opportunity for a Multilingual Export Sales Support Administrator to join our friendly team based in Peacehaven, East Sussex. As part of the Internal Sales Support Team, you will work closely with the Key Account Director of Europe and the New Business Director of Europe plus the UK Sales Director and Sales Team to promote our goal "to consistently exceed our customer’s expectation

Accountabilities

Booking customer orders accurately and in a timely manner onto IT system

Processing of orders

Creation of job files

Answering phone calls and filtering phone calls appropriately where necessary

Dealing with general customer enquiries

Basic quoting and pricing

To work as part of the team to achieve Departmental and Company targets

Updating the company’s Customer Relationship Management system ("CRM")

Other ad-hoc duties that the Company deems to be reasonable

Person Specification

SKILLS

Fluent in spoken and written English and French is essential to this role.

Knowledge of German would be advantageous.

Outstanding attention to detail

Previous experience in a sales driven environment would be advantageous

Good telephone manner

Proven IT skills, including Microsoft Office and in particular Excel

Pride in first class customer service and relationship building

Numerate to GCSE standard or equivalent

Previous experience in an export and/or manufacturing role

ABILITIES

Build strong working relationships and collaborate within a team to achieve shared goals/objectives

Effective communication across all levels of the organisation

A positive attitude and willing to "go that extra mile" to succeed and progress within the Company

Confident with a good sense of humour

Ability to learn quickly and to share new ideas and innovations
