Our Sandwich based client is currently looking for a French, Spanish and English-speaking customer Service advisor. The principle responsibility is to deal with general enquires and achieve customer service in the above languages.
Our client is a leading international brand who are now looking to recruit a Multilingual Customer Service Advisor.
The principal responsibility is to deal with general enquires, deal with order placements, and develop a Commercial and Service excellence awareness regarding what information is given to customers and colleagues.
Desired experience in following areas:
- English, French and Spanish speaking
- Excellent organisational skills
- Sales or customer service experience
- Computer literacy (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Good written & documentation skills.
