Multi Trader - Residential Developer - London

We are currently assisting a high end residential developer in their search for a Multi Trader.

The business has built up a great reputation for delivering high quality apartments across London. They have a commitment to ensure that customers receive the best possible levels of customer service when purchasing a new property and beyond. In order to ensure that this is maintained, they are looking to hire an experienced Multi Trader to their team.

Within this role you will be expected to carry out Multi Trade remedial work in a timely fashion and to agreed quality levels.

Skills which are essential for this position:

• Pro-active approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• The ability to act professionally and represent the company in appropriate manner at all times
• Strong working knowledge of carpentry, plastering, making good and finishing works
• Flexibility
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively
• Current driving licence

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential and candidates should have a desire to deliver outstanding levels of customer service at all time.
