Our Client are an extremely well respected and established provider of supported Housing and assisted living accommodation who operate throughout the UK.

Over recent months they have changed the way that they provide their maintenance services to their Tenants and now provide their own in-house team which ensures they provide the highest level of service and achieve customer satisfaction.

As part of this new structure they have asked Reed Property & Construction to help them find an experienced Multi trade maintenance operative to join their team in a mobile role covering the Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire areas.

The role will involve undertaking minor repairs and reactive maintenance across their properties, ensuring work is completed accurately, safely and with the tenants best interest in mind. Typical works include - 

- Repair of doors, minor carpentry work
- Kitchen repairs
- minor plumbing
- tiling repairs
- patch plastering
- painting

Ideally you will come from a trade background and have experience and capability in the above work.

in this role you will be expected to travel up to 90 minutes from home as the properties are spread out across this area.

Should be qualified either through city & guilds or NVQ level 2 or above

With the works being undertaken in inhabited properties it is essential that candidates are good communicators as will involve dealing with residents.

Competency on Microsoft Office is required as jobs will be sent through on a tablet.
