A new and exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Service Engineer is now available with my client who are a leading manufacturer of industrial spray booth systems and associated equipment. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced both mechanically and electrically and cover the South West UK.

Multi-Skilled Service Engineer criteria and requirement:
The succesfull Multi Skilled Service Engineer will be responsible for the service, Install, commission and maintain spray booth systems, machinery and associated equipment
Essential:
Trained to City & Guild or HNC standard or equivalent. High level of Electrical & Mechanical skills
Good wiring / hand skills, excellent diagnostic skills, experience with fault finding and repair on site
Three phase, control & motor experience, able to read wiring diagrams. Flexible approach, ability to produce high quality work - responsible for own work. Self-motivated, resourceful - able to use initiative on site. Reliable, ability and willingness to learn new skills applicable to my clients’ business. Good communication skills & customer care, computer literate. Literate - able to write detailed reports suitable for a customers to read. Full driving license

Pls note - Engineers must provide their own hand tools.

Desirable criteria (not critical as training will be provided):
PLC experience & programmable relay experience. Gas safe, burner knowledge inc. oil burners.
LEV testing & inspection. Star-Delta, timers temperature control experience. Airflow & fans knowledge / experience inc. pulleys & fan belts. VSD experience - fitting & programming, understanding of functionality. Controls experience - design & modification to existing systems.

Multi-Skilled Service Engineer package:
Salary - £32K with OTE earnings of £35K+
Overtime when required at the same rate.
Company van & specialist equipment provided - all costs for the van are covered.
Vehicles are changed every 3 years and fully racked out.
PPE and uniform provided. Allowance for trousers and boots provided. Full safety training provided - PASMA/ IPAF/ Gas Safe/ Harness Awareness/ P601.
Loyalty bonus scheme after two years service
Various annual commission incentives.
Holidays 23 days + 8 bank holidays.
