Multi Skilled Operative

Our client is a social housing provider and are a specialist in providing homes, home improvements, and support for people with a disability.

A vacancy has arisen for a multi skilled operative to work within their small maintenance team. You will be skilled in plumbing and carpentry and be able to turn your hand to most household maintenance tasks.

£23,551 per annum
37.5 hours per week

The portfolio of homes ranges from the early 1900’s to present day.
As an individual you will be solution focused, empathetic and a team player willing to go that extra mile to deliver outstanding results to tenants while maximising efficiencies and communicating effectively with the rest of the team.

You will be someone who takes pride in your work, have time served experience or be able to demonstrate competence and have at least one main maintenance trade but be able to adapt to other trades required in the job role.

• Good team player
• Flexible approach to working start/finish time
• Proficient in admin, & organisation
• Self-motivated
• Health & Safety aware

A van is provided so you must have a full driving licence; alternative arrangements could be considered for disabled candidates. You must have a reasonable level of own tools.
