As multi - skilled Maintenance Engineer at this Leicestershire business your role will involve:

-Carrying out planned as well as reactive maintenance across a variety of plant machinery
-Ensuring that machinery is operating at optimal performance
-Learning skills required to operate plant machinery in order to gain better understanding of processes
-Taking part in continuous improvement activities, helping to create new ideas and better solutions to create ever improving efficiencies
-Promoting safe working practises, understanding that health and safety is considered the most important factor at all times.

The Successful Candidate will have:

- A minimum of an NVQ in Electrical maintenance Or time served.
- Experience with PLCs - ideal but not essential
- Experience on 3 phase motors
- Electrical/Mechanical fault finding skills
- Manufacturing or industrial background.
