Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Either Mechanical or Electrical bias) Salary: £38,000 + Overtime + Benefits = £42,000 P/A Location: Northampton Days based Rotating Shifts: Cycle 1: 5am-5pm - 4on 4 off
Cycle 2: 6am-6pm -4 on 4 off
Cycle 3: 10am-10pm - 4 on 4 off
My client is a global food supplier that currently supplies over a 10,000 products per week to high end retailers. Right now they have an opening for a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer that can help keep machinery downtime low.
This business has a well built Maintenance team, their goal is to keep machines working for longer in order to produce more of their product per hour. The team are very motivated and work hard to ensure this is being achieved.
The working environment is extremely hygienic, their whole plant is kitted out with state of the art machinery and the team are fully trained engineers that work together with a good team spirit..

3 Years minimum experience within an Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer position (Ideally Food experience but open on this).
