An exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in a large manufacturing plant has arisen
Your new company
Your new company is an ever expanding UK manufacturing organisation. Due to expansion they are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer. This role will be working on a site with three factories and therefore a busy environment, you will work on a panama shift pattern (3 days 2 off 2 nights 3 off).
Your new role
As Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for the maintenance of the site, this is mainly reactive but with a new maintenance strategy in pace its becoming more planned preventative maintenance. You will maintain and repair equipment, the plant and machinery to maximise performance.
What you'll need to succeed
You MUST be a time served engineer (NVQ or HNC) with strong electrical experience. Whilst electrical qualifications aren't a must you must have a strong background in working with PLCs and electrically fault finding. You are also required to have extensive experience in hydraulics and pneumatics. You must have experience in either FMCG or a food environment.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £38,000 per annum plus overtime (at the company's discretion). You will also receive holidays, a pension and various other benefits.
