M&Y Maintenance and Construction is now recruiting a Multi-Skilled Labourer to work with our Responsive Repairs team in Manchester.
About the role
The main purpose of this role will be to undertake multi skilled labouring responsibilities and provide assistance to trade operatives to meet the needs of the business.
We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of carrying out various labouring duties and delivering client and tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate must be methodical, accurate and have a keen eye for detail. Excellent standards of communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work as part of a team is essential for this post.
The successful candidate will possess a "can do" attitude, a high degree of initiative to complete jobs by the target date, the ability to query jobs and liaise with office staff and managers whilst also meeting deadlines and agreed targets.
A full UK driving license is required for this post.
