Your new role
You will be responsible for planned Maintenance work to be completed to the highest possible standard. Any outstanding defects which cannot be reasonably addressed must be documented with remedial action including parts at the time. You will also be dealing with unexpected breakdowns, keeping downtime to a minimum and rectifying faults quickly. You will take part in continuous improvements to increase asset availability, improve strike rates and reduce change-over times.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Maintenance Engineer who is multi-skilled with electrical bias. You are apprentice trained and hold the appropriate qualifications. You will have worked in a manufacturing environment on a range of machinery and equipment. You understand the importance of Health & Safety procedures and work accordingly. Your ability to work on your own initiative and follow PPM schedules is also crucial for your success in this job.
