Are you a Multi Skilled Carpenter with experience in Domestic Maintenance? Are you looking for a Long Term Contract in the Gloucestershire area? This could be the ideal job for you. The job is paying up to £16 per hour + Fuel and Overtime.
The company provide Reactive Maintenance services for various Housing Associations in the Gloucestershire area. They are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join their team.
You will be working out of the Tewkesbury office, covering the Gloucestershire area. The main works will be Reactive Repairs.
Duties will include:
- Reactive Repairs: Doors, Locks, Windows
- 2nd Fix: Skirting, Architraves and Kitchen Units
- Effectively Communicating with Management
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Any other trades you feel happy turning your hand to: tiling, plastering, plumbing, painting and decorating
The company work 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 16:30. There will be opportunities for overtime.
The basic rate is £16 per hour, paid on a Self Employed basis. There will be call out work which is paid a Standing Charge of £90 per week + £30 per Call Out. The company also pay £0.25 per mile for fuel.
The contract starts as a 3 month period, which has the potential to be extended.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in Reactive Maintenance with Housing Associations or Councils.

- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own Tools and Van
