£30,000 to £37,000 per annum

The Role

This is an exciting role where you will provide technical expertise in post-sale quality support issues of Proto Labs services. Gain a solid understanding of the customer’s technical requirements and ability to resolve customer issues and communicate appropriate solutions. You will lead the technical investigation and resolve any post-sales technical issues in a manner that helps Proto Labs retain our valuable customers.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong background in quality control inspection techniques
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • 3D CAD
  • Relevant degree preferred
  • Comfortable with technology and RP processes (computers, software, injection moulding, CNC Machining etc.).
  • Successful experience in working directly with end customers as part of a revenue generating team

You will have the initiative to approach challenges with enthusiasm and the ability to react to rapid changes in prioritisation whilst maintaining a clear focus on the company objectives. An analytical mind-set, efficient problem solving skills and attention to detail are a must.
