This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Bookkeeping experience who would like to learn the skill of using QuickBooks!
You will be working with a small mechanical engineering company created over 10 years ago on the outskirts of Godalming.
You will be working as one of two Bookkeepers in a team of four Accounts staffs. You will be responsible for logging sales and receipts and monitoring the daily cash flow. You will be registering cash in both Sterling and foreign coinage therefore multicurrency experience is required. Within the team there is a specialist Payables and Receivables Clerk, however you will be required to assist, so some prior workings in this area are needed. You will have some previous experience with tax, VAT and HMRC. The company currently use QuickBooks, although it would be beneficial to have previously worked with this system it is not a requirement and full training could be given.

• Previous Bookkeeping experience
• Worked with VAT and HMRC
• Working knowledge of multi-currencies
• QuickBooks user or Computer literate
